About Mr. Korbstein
Jonas Korbstein is an experienced Executive Search Partner and seasoned Business Leader with a pronounced focus on international enterprises operating within the APAC region.
His expertise lies in the Industrial & Consumer sectors, where he has provided invaluable support for market entry and business expansion to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and Mittelstand companies, as well as global multinational corporations (MNCs). In addition to Executive Search, Jonas also undertakes selected Senior Executive Coaching and Assessments.
Originating from the Social Enterprise sector, Jonas initially ventured into the Japanese business landscape with Daimler in 2004. Subsequently, he played a pivotal role in the regional growth of a Japanese Search firm since its start-up stage. Over the course of 18 years, as a Partner and Regional Managing Director, Jonas successfully orchestrated the initiation and management of multiple offices across the APAC region. His professional journey encompassed postings in Tokyo (Japan), Pune (India), and Singapore.
Jonas is a German national who holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Management from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from DHBW Stuttgart.
