Jon joined Sheffield Haworth in 2014 to establish the Markets practice globally. Previously he established, built and led Riversdale Consulting in 2002. Jon’s track record includes helping exchanges, prime brokers and e-trading teams attract and retain the best talent, whilst dealing with the ever-changing regulatory landscape. Today, Jon leads the team to help deliver solutions across Sales, Trading, AlgorithmicTrading, HFT, Product Strategy and Development, Execution and Clearing.
