Jon Dissen is the Managing Partner and a Senior Partner at JP Cornerstone Norway, a member of the Cornerstone International Group. With over two decades of experience in executive search and leadership consulting, he is a trusted advisor for senior-level recruitment across the Nordic region. Jon specializes in identifying high-impact leaders for technology-driven sectors, including digital media and e-commerce. His consulting expertise is bolstered by a significant earlier career in executive leadership, having served as CEO of MultiPlus Solutions and Managing Director for Scandinavia at chello broadband (UPC Media). He also held key leadership and sales roles at Unisys, AT&T Global Information Solutions, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Jon is a "Siviløkonom" (Master of Science in Business) graduate of BI Norwegian Business School, with a major in Information and Data Systems, and completed international internships at Carnegie Mellon University and First Interstate Bank of Oregon.
