Prior to her tenure at EMA Partners, she held leadership and consulting roles at Executive Partners, SpenglerFox, and dk Executive Search. Her professional background also includes commercial leadership as a Purchase Director for Enseignes Casino. Jolanta is a multilingual professional, fluent in Polish, French, and English, with communicative proficiency in Russian. She holds Executive Master’s degrees from both HEC Paris and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
