John Kelly is a Consultant at Spencer Stuart based in Dublin, where he focuses on executive search and leadership advisory across EMEA, specializing in CEO and executive committee-level appointments. He is a member of the firm�s EMEA HR Officer practice as well as the Digital and Technology Officer and TMT&S practice groups, supporting leadership hiring across technology, industrial services, utilities, manufacturing, professional services, and business services sectors. Since joining Spencer Stuart in 2019, following the acquisition of MERC Partners where he had been Director, he has worked on senior leadership search, board recruitment, succession planning, and leadership assessment for multinational, public sector, and nonprofit organizations. Prior to MERC Partners, he served as Managing Director of IndEx Partners, focusing on interim executive leadership solutions and transformation programs, and earlier held roles as Partner at PSD Partners and Founder/Director of CultureField. He holds an MBA with First Class Honours from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick.
