Joe Graziano is a Director in the Deep Tech practice at Sheffield Haworth, where he specializes in appointing C-suite and VP leadership for early-stage and scale-up technology businesses across the UK and Europe. With over 20 years of experience in executive search and advisory, he focuses on high-growth sectors such as space technology, semiconductors, photonics, robotics, and AI/ML, helping founders and investors bridge the gap between complex engineering and commercial success. Before joining Sheffield Haworth in 2025, Joe served as the Managing Director of Growth EQ and held a strategic role as a Global Talent Scout for IT and Technology at AstraZeneca. His extensive background also includes an eight-year tenure as a Partner at Bailey Fisher, where he led the Technology Practice, and he remains an active contributor to the MBA careers program at the Cambridge Judge Entrepreneurship Centre. Joe holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Marketing from the University of Hull.
