His professional background also includes five years at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant specializing in HR strategy and operations, as well as a secondment as a Policy Advisor to the UK Cabinet Office. Joe began his career as a Geography Teacher and Head of Geography through the Teach First program. He holds a First Class Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Leeds.
