As Managing Director and leader of TriVista's Business & Client Development efforts, Joanna Serkowski partners with investors, boards, and executive teams to design and execute operational and digital strategies that drive measurable performance improvement and sustainable growth. She plays a key role in TriVista's work across buy- and sell-side operational & IT due diligence, integrations and carve-outs, supply chain strategy, performance improvement, digital transformation, and executive recruiting and interim management. Prior to TriVista, Joanna spent 22 years at GE in senior operations and commercial leadership roles across multiple global business units. Her deep expertise in M&A integration, carve-outs, change management, and Lean Six Sigma enables her to help clients to navigate complex transformations. Joanna holds a BS from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Fairfield University. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Change Management facilitator.
