Before joining TRANSEARCH Malaysia, Jo Ann spent eight years as Regional Talent Acquisition Lead for Southeast Asia with Swedish group SCA Hygiene / Essity AB / Vinda Group SEA. She is deeply passionate about delivering high-impact talent solutions that align individual career aspirations with organisational goals—creating lasting value for both clients and candidates. Earlier in her career, Jo Ann worked in the grooming and beauty sector, leading business development initiatives and building new client relationships. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing) from Liverpool John Moores University, UK.
