Jim O’Brien is a Partner at Signium in Dublin, where he leads executive searches for Board members, CEOs, and C-suite leaders across the technology, financial services, and consumer sectors. Prior to joining the executive search profession in 2022, Jim held several high-profile human resources leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for Aramark Northern Europe, where he managed a regional team of 90 across the UK and Ireland. His extensive background in organizational transformation includes serving as Head of HR for daa (Dublin Airport) and HR Director at Bank of Ireland, where he led change programs for the Corporate and Markets Division. Jim spent over 11 years at Diageo in various global capacities, notably as Reward Director for Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific, and as VP of Human Resources for the wine division in California. He began his career at Corus in London, focusing on global mobility and graduate recruitment. Jim holds an LLB in Law from Trinity College Dublin.
