Jill Martin brings a wealth of experience and energy to AGB Search, serving as its Associate Vice President for Finance and Administration. Ms. Martin is responsible for all duties related to budget, business, planning, and finance for the firm. Ms. Martin oversees contractual and financial elements of all client agreements. Prior to joining AGB Search, Ms. Martin was the senior accountant at the Association of Governing Boards (AGB) for more than 23 years. In this capacity she developed and directed accounting departments, managed system reviews, and conducted financial reporting and analysis for the thriving non-profit association. While at AGB, she was also responsible for the daily management of the accounts payable and accounts receivable department, payroll, and preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for submission to senior management and the board of directors. Ms. Martin takes pride in mastering every detail of her area of responsibility. She also has significant experience in human resource and benefits management.
