Jessie Igoe is part of Spencer Stuart’s Technology & Software CEO and Board Practice in Boston, where she focuses on executive search and leadership advisory for technology and software companies. In her current role since 2022, she supports CEO, board, and senior leadership appointments within the technology sector, advising global clients on leadership strategy and talent acquisition. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, she served in multiple leadership roles at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, including Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives & Individual Giving and Director of Private Equity & Venture Capital Industry Engagement, where she led partnerships with the investment community and supported large-scale social impact and funding initiatives. She also worked as Director of Development at Playworks New England, focusing on fundraising and organizational growth. Earlier in her career, Jessie served as a Paralegal Specialist at the U. S. Department of Justice, where she supported antitrust investigations across multiple industries including technology and healthcare, and began her professional journey in program management, public policy, and communications roles. She holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Educational Studies from Bates College.
