Jessica Nagle is a Principal and Executive Search Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles, where she focuses on CFO and senior financial officer searches as well as leadership roles in corporate development, M&A, strategy, and operations across industrial and energy-related sectors. She also works across sustainability, climate technology, materials, agtech, hardware, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals, advising clients on executive leadership needs. In her current role, she leads searches for CFOs and their direct reports and senior functional leaders while also contributing to internal leadership roles, including Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer and global leadership of the firm’s Associate and Engagement Manager teams. Prior to her current leadership responsibilities, she held multiple positions within Heidrick & Struggles, including Principal in the CFO Practice and Practice Director in the Global Technology & Services Practice. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2011, she worked at Egon Zehnder as Head of U. S. Research for the Private Equity and Sustainability sectors and earlier at J. Robert Scott as an Associate and Candidate Developer. She began her career as an Economic Analyst at TJX Companies. Jessica holds a Certificate in Psychology of Leadership from Cornell University, an MA in History from the University of New Hampshire, and a dual BA in Economics and Middle Eastern History from the University of New Hampshire.
