Jens Vogt is the Lead Partner for Leadership Advisory in the D|A|CH region at Heidrick & Struggles, based in Germany, where he leads leadership assessment, executive coaching, and culture shaping services as part of the firm’s global executive search and advisory business. With over 25 years of experience in people and culture consulting, he specializes in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and executive team performance, working with senior leaders across global organizations to unlock leadership potential. He is also a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation and the author of the bestselling book LEAD NOW!, which focuses on building future-ready leadership capability. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2019, he spent 15 years as Managing Partner at [:co-vadis] executive excellence, where he focused on executive coaching and cultural transformation. Earlier in his career, he worked in business coaching and management consulting at C! CERO, held a managing partner role at Factor Plus Business Services, and began his career in executive search with Reliance Group in Hong Kong. He holds a Diploma in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences Bremen.
