Jens-Thomas Pietralla is a Partner and Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, based in the Greater Munich Metropolitan Area, where he serves as Global Co-Head of the Board & CEO Practice and chairs the practice for Europe and APAC, overseeing CEO succession, chairman and board search, and board advisory across industries and regions. He previously led the firm�s Global Industrial business for ten years, advising clients across aerospace and defense, automotive, capital and electrical goods, chemicals, energy, and industrial services, and has personally completed more than 40 enterprise CEO successions for companies ranging from USD 500 million to 150 billion in revenue. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, he was President and CEO of Navico Holding AS, a global marine electronics company, where he led multiple acquisitions and built a unified global organization. Earlier, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Siemens AG, responsible for global marketing strategy and a �500 million marketing budget, and began his career as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company in New York and Munich. He holds an MSc in Physics from the University of Ulm, graduating summa cum laude.
