Jenny Looi Banning is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Singapore office and a member of the global Consumer Markets and Supply Chain & Operations Officers practices. She leads the Consumer Practice in Singapore. Jenny collaborates with clients in Singapore and across the region to build up their capabilities and talent across Asia Pacific. Experience Jenny focuses on talent at the CEO and director level across a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, consumer health, hospitality and leisure, retail & luxury, and media & entertainment. As a member of the Private Equity Practice, Jenny assists clients across sectors to provide leadership solutions for their portfolio companies. Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Jenny was Asia Pacific managing director for Villeroy & Boch and led the regional management team. Under her leadership, the bath & wellness and tableware divisions achieved an accelerated growth plan for the region. Before that, Jenny led the consumer practice for another executive search firm, and held leadership roles in general management, strategy, and marketing in Timberland, Citibank, and Mars Incorporated, in countries across Asia Pacific.
