BACKGROUND Jennifer came to Herbert Mines Associates with deep experience in the interactive space.From launching an interactive media practice at another search firm starting in 1998 -the early days of the internet -Jennifer joined the firm in 2002 to focus on the emerging e-commerce channel in the retail and consumer industries.She has seen the evolution of the space, which gives her insights into the challenge of delivering an omni-channel customer experience as well as access to the thought leaders. ‍ Jennifer began her career at the United Nations Association of the USA after earning a degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College. She and her husband live in New York City.
