Jennifer Mondoux is the Managing Partner, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of MondouxRollins Partners Inc., where she leads executive and board search, human capital advisory, and leadership talent due diligence for private companies. Based in Ottawa, she brings nearly two decades of experience advising founders and entrepreneurs on building senior leadership teams and guiding organizations through the full talent lifecycle. She is also the Founder and Chair of Canada’s Best Private Boards, a national program recognizing the impact of governance on private company performance. Prior to founding MondouxRollins Partners in 2018, Jennifer spent over nine years at Waterstone Human Capital, where she held roles including Managing Director of Executive Search and Human Capital Consulting, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Marketing Programs, contributing to executive search, corporate culture programs, and leadership advisory initiatives. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Manager at ideacity and began as a journalist. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University.
