Jennifer Ferrera is an Executive Search Associate with AGB Search. She joined the firm as a Research Associate in August 2012 and has since provided research support for more than 120 executive searches. She is responsible for managing the entire search process in conjunction with the Principals and Executive Search Consultants. In this capacity, she implements strategic communication and advertising plans, assists in building strong candidate pools, fosters excellent relationships with both candidates and clients, and ensures each assignment is executed successfully in alignment with AGB Search’s high standards of service.
