Jenni Hibbert is the Global Managing Partner for Go-To-Market and Regional Leader for Europe & Africa at Heidrick & Struggles, based in London, where she oversees regional P&L responsibility and shapes the firm�s integrated go-to-market strategy across its full range of leadership solutions. She serves on the firm�s Management Committee and reports directly to the CEO and President, working with global clients across industries at the most senior executive and non-executive levels. Previously, she led Search Go-To-Market capabilities and held multiple global leadership roles including Global Practice Managing Partner for Healthcare & Life Sciences and Financial Services, the firm�s largest global practice. She joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2005 as a Partner in Financial Services after starting her career as a Broadcast Journalist at the BBC, following early experience working on Capitol Hill in the United States. In addition to her executive search leadership roles, she serves as Deputy Chair of the American European Business Association and Vice Chair of the EMEA Council of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants, and is a regular speaker at Cambridge Judge Business School. She holds an MPhil in English Literature from the University of Cambridge and a BA (Hons) in English and Drama from the University of Birmingham.
