About Mr. Jolton
As the leader of data and insights in Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services, Jeff Jolton empowers consultants and clients by transforming assessment data into actionable insights. He utilizes both client and industry data, including custom analytics and dedicated research projects, to enhance business performance and support change initiatives.
Providing the analytic insights to enhance business performance
Jeff is known for uniting diverse perspectives to tackle clients’ unique challenges. He has led assessment, analytics and change initiatives for numerous Fortune 500 companies, focusing on organizational effectiveness, leadership development and employee engagement.
Jeff has deep expertise in employee experience design, workforce analytics (including predictive modeling), transformation design and ROI evaluations related to leadership development and organizational culture. He helped develop Spencer Stuart’s Engine Room solution, aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of leaders just below the C-suite in executing business strategy and driving transformational change.
With over two decades of applied research experience, Jeff was recently a managing director at Kincentric, where he oversaw thought leadership and analytics. His previous roles include leadership positions in the workforce transformation practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Kenexa, an IBM company.
Jeff holds a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Ohio University and a B.A. in psychology from Lawrence University. Jeff has authored over 100 publications and conference presentations and has contributed to books on employee engagement, people analytics and global HR practices. He was inducted as a fellow in the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychologists in 2022.
