Jean started her career in the Ministry of Defence and this subsequently led to posts at the British High Commission in Kuala Lumpur and the New Zealand Embassy in Manila. She then moved to school administration and spent 15 years running the administrative team at Benenden School. Following this, Jean decided to train in educational executive search.
