Jean-Marc Danton is the Chairman and CEO of Progress Associés. CONSUMER & RETAIL PRACTICE He joined the firm in 2003 to lead the development of the Consumer & Retail Practice which covers the retail, fashion, beauty & luxury, consumer goods and leisure sectors. Jean-Marc Danton has extensive experience in the recruitment and assessment of executive teams, as well as in the search for independent board members. He also served for four years as Global Head of the Consumer & Retail Practice within the IIC Partners network, of which Progress is a member. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Jean-Marc Danton began his career at Arthur Andersen (now EY) in the Audit Division. He subsequently co-founded the executive search firm Singer Danton & Hamilton, where he led the Consumer and Technology practices. Education Jean-Marc Danton is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.
