Dr. Javier Serrano is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in customer service, employee development, and project management across higher education, non-profit, retail, and theme park industries. With over 15 years in higher education, he has specialized in academic HR operations, focusing on academic and faculty affairs. Dr. Serrano has worked with executive leaders, faculty, staff, students, school administrators, teachers, parents, community leaders, and external stakeholders in private and public institutions throughout Southern California. Dr. Serrano holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Northcentral University, specializing in Organizational Leadership. He earned a Master’s in Management and Leadership from Liberty University, a Bachelor’s in History from National University, and an Associate’s in History from San Diego City College. Additionally, he conducts research in quiet leadership and classroom management.
