Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jason was a consultant for a leading boutique search firm, where he led numerous executive searches for top-tier technology-focused venture capital and private equity funds and their respective portfolio companies. Prior to that role, Jason worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as Head of Veterans Talent Acquisition, where he was responsible for the US firm’s military recruiting strategy as a member of PwC’s Diversity Center of Excellence.
