Experience An accomplished search professional for more than 20 years, Jason joined the Seattle office of Heidrick & Struggles from Onvia.com, where he was the director of recruiting. He was responsible for more than 400 pre- and post-IPO hires ranging from helpdesk to vice president positions. Previously, he was an executive recruiter for a public information technology recruiting firm specializing in executive, middle management, and senior-level technology positions.
