Professional background I actively work on various types of financing transactions such as project finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate finance. I also occasionally assist the corporate department. I have worked with clients across a broad range of industries from private equity funds, family offices', financial institutions to international companies. I have particular expertise in (cross-border) acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance and general corporate finance. I have a combined Master's degree in Law from UHasselt, KU Leuven and UMaastricht (cum laude) after completing a Bachelor's degree in International Business. During my studies, I completed several internships in the corporate department of a law firm specialising in Venture Capital, as well as an international internship in China. I am a native Dutch speaker, fluent in English, with a good knowledge of French and basic knowledge of German.
