Jacques Amey is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Zurich office and a member of the Consumer Products sector, as well as a member of the global CEO & Board of Directors Practice. He specializes in search assignments for consumer clients globally, particularly at the c-suite and board level, in the fast-moving consumer packaged goods, lifestyle and luxury, sports, and retail brands sectors. With more than 10 years of executive search experience, Jacques has established himself as a trusted advisor of both publicly traded and privately owned companies. He is experienced in placing executive directors and board members, as well as advising clients on succession planning. Experience Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jacques was managing partner of another global executive search firm, leading its operations in Geneva. Previously, he had twenty years of experience in senior management within the fast-moving consumer goods industry, at Lindt & Sprungli International and Ballantine's-Bacardi based in Switzerland, France and Austria.
