Previously, he served as a Senior Consultant at Kienbaum Consultants and held a Senior Managing Consultant role at Korn Ferry Futurestep in Frankfurt. Ivan's distinguished career includes being the first non-German Partner at Kienbaum und Partner Germany and spending nearly a decade as Managing Director of Czech operations for Gemini Executive Search. Earlier in his career, he played a pivotal role at Hoechst AG, establishing sales and marketing structures in the Czech and Slovak republics. Ivan is multilingual, speaking German, English, Russian, and Czech/Slovak. He holds an M. Sc. in Economics and Foreign Trade from the Prague University of Economics and Business and an MBA from the United Kingdom.
