Isabel Sancha is an Executive Search and Assessment Professional at Russell Reynolds Associates in Madrid. She has nearly a decade of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a strong focus on senior and middle-level leadership roles. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Isabel served as an International Executive Consultant at Randstad, where she managed over 150 accounts and was responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, business development, and diversity and inclusion advocacy. Her earlier career includes working as a Consultant at Robert Walters, specializing in the Sales & Marketing sector across Spain, Italy, and the UK.
