Isabel Ruiz Halter is an Executive Director in the Global Real Assets practice at Sheffield Haworth in London, where she specializes in executing senior-level search mandates for real estate investors, operating partners, and asset managers across the UK and Europe. A Spanish-Swiss professional, Isabel is also an active champion for internal corporate diversity initiatives, serving on Sheffield Haworth’s DEI Working Group and the Women in Sheffield Haworth (WISH) Committee. Prior to joining her current firm in 2021, she built an extensive recruitment background in real assets, serving as a Senior Consultant within the Private Equity practice at One Search and as a Principal Consultant at Foundation Recruitment, where she was central to driving the firm's Pan-European expansion into Spain and Portugal. She began her corporate career outside of search, working as a Tax and Legal Consultant for PwC in Madrid and as a Legal Intern specializing in patents and trademarks in New York. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master's degree in Tax Law from IE Business School.
