She is responsible for managing all aspects of the research and candidate development process, including sourcing and contacting qualified candidates based on specific criteria, according to the requirements of each mandate. Additionally, she coordinates all marketing activities and is involved in business development initiatives.   Ionela has a background in corporate and brand communication, as well as projects and events management. After eight years of working in communications for multinational companies, she offers a deep understanding of different corporate cultures and roles, being able to spot and source the right people to ?ll in senior management positions, globally.   Prior to joining Borrer Executive Search, Ionela worked for a renowned communications agency in Bucharest, Romania. Here she coordinated multiple projects and assignments at local and European level for companies in multiple industries, including Consumer Goods, Construction and Non-profit.    Ionela is fluent in English, French and Romanian.
