Ingrid Larsby Arvered is a Consultant and the Managing Partner for Sweden at Spencer Stuart in Stockholm, specializing in succession planning, leadership advisory, and executive search for industrial organizations. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart as a Consultant in 2015, she accumulated more than a decade of leadership experience across various industrial sectors. She spent over nine years at Sandvik Materials Technology, holding progressive roles including Category Manager Investments, Chief Purchasing Officer, Group Strategy Manager, Director Performance Management, and Production Unit Manager. Earlier in her career, she worked at SCA as a Purchaser and Technical Customer Service Engineer. She holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Link�ping University and completed an Executive Program in Industrial Management at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
