Ina Kota is the Global Head of Quality & Market Insights at Spencer Stuart in the Greater New York City Area. In this capacity, she leads the firm’s global quality program across more than 30 countries, conducting C-suite interviews to deliver analytics on the "voice of the client" and supporting firm-wide strategy. Prior to Spencer Stuart, Ina spent over eight years at McKinsey & Company, where she served as the Global Research & Communications Director and Editor-in-Chief of the Global Economics Intelligence service, advising heads of state and C-suite executives on global growth. Her extensive background in international policy includes serving as a Communications Officer and Board Officer for the International Monetary Fund. Earlier in her career, she held roles at BMO Financial Group, including Aide to the Chairman & CEO. Ina holds a Master’s in Global Economic Policy & Monetary Theory from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in International Relations and Economics from the University of Toronto. She also earned a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
