Imke Lampe is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles' Amsterdam office and manages the Financial Services and Financial Officers practices in the Netherlands. She focuses on assignments at the board level across a wide range of industries. Experience Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Imke worked for another leading global executive search firm where she advised publicly-listed, family-owned, and private equity firms and their portfolio companies, leading both search and consulting assignments at the executive and non-executive level across Europe, focusing on the finance, fintech, and technology sectors. Imke has extensive global banking and insurance experience. She worked in trade and commodity finance, payments and cash management, and transaction services, and was responsible for ING's Transaction Services in the Americas, Spain, and Portugal. Imke has lived and worked in the Netherlands, Canada, Chile, China, and Brazil and speaks Dutch, English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
