Iiro Pohjanoksa is the Chief Growth Officer, Senior Advisor, and Senior Partner at MPS Enterprises Ltd in Helsinki. With over 13 years at the firm, he specializes in supporting clients through leadership development, digitalization, and change management. Iiro has been a central figure in the expansion of MPS, following the merger of Prewise Oy, a digital learning specialist he co-founded and led for nearly 19 years. During his tenure at Prewise and MPS, he served in several high-level leadership capacities, including Managing Director of MPS Lifeworks and MPS Prewise, where he combined HRD consultancy with digital learning platforms. He also established Profisso Oy, a subsidiary focused on personnel productivity and value creation, which later merged into the broader group. Earlier in his career, Iiro held director-level roles at Evia Helsinki Oy, Axel Digital Group, and Bates Interactive. He holds an M. Sc. in Engineering and Production Economics from LUT University and completed additional studies at Linköping University.
