Igor Kabuzenko is the Managing Partner at Ward Howell Ukraine in Kyiv, a global executive search firm established in 1951. He concurrently serves as a Board Member for CEO Club Ukraine, where he previously held the position of Chairman of the Board, and is a Board Member for Soborna Ukraine. Prior to joining Ward Howell, Igor was the Director of Corporate Development at ICON Private Equity, where he managed partnerships and value creation for a fund with over $1 billion under management. His extensive experience in the executive search industry includes five years as the Country Manager for Ukraine at Pedersen & Partners. Earlier in his career, he was a Partner at ADDFORCE Recruitment and ANT Consulting, and served as the Director of the Ukrainian Association of Business Support Centres. Igor also held a supervisory board position at JSC Aktan and began his career in marketing and editorial roles. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electric Power Engineering and Automation, a Diploma in Management from The Open University, and completed the Advanced Program for Executive Search and Leadership Consultants at Cornell University.
