He transitioned into the leadership advisory sector following a distinguished 18-year career as a journalist at Nikkei Inc., Japan's premier economic media group and parent company of the Financial Times. During his tenure, Hisao became a prominent voice in Japanese business, serving as a team leader at "Nikkei Business." There, he specialized in corporate governance, sustainability, and startup finance, producing over 25 special features and conducting high-level interviews with a wide array of C-suite executives. His deep understanding of economic policy and corporate strategy enables him to identify and develop leaders capable of navigating complex regulatory and environmental landscapes.
