Hetty Pye is a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates in London and Co-Leader of RRA Artemis, where she focuses on CEO and board succession, leadership development, and driving systemic change in executive leadership pipelines. She leads the firm�s global Energy and Infrastructure Services Practice and is a member of the Board & CEO Advisory team, advising organizations on senior leadership transitions, diversity, and sustainable performance. She also chairs the LEAP Board within Russell Reynolds, overseeing internal promotions and leadership development initiatives. In her role with RRA Artemis, she leads a women CEO accelerator program designed to increase the number of women in CEO roles globally and reshape succession planning practices. With over 20 years at Russell Reynolds Associates, she has held multiple senior leadership positions including Global Practice Leader for Industrial Services & Infrastructure and Sector Leader for Industrial and Natural Resources in Europe. She also serves as a Trustee at BORNE, a medical research charity. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, she worked at Whitehead Mann in executive search and assessment. She holds an MA in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
