Hervé Borensztejn is the Managing Partner for Europe, Middle East & Africa at Heidrick & Struggles, based in Paris. With over 30 years of experience, he is a specialist in accelerating organizational performance through leadership transformation and organizational effectiveness. Hervé brings a unique perspective as a former CHRO, academic, and consultant, having held senior leadership roles at global giants such as Airbus Group (SVP, Human Resources), LVMH, and GE. He is also a former Associate Professor at Paris II Pantheon-La Sorbonne, where he lectured on international HR and talent management. Hervé is deeply committed to the belief that leadership is a skill refined through consistent feedback and coaching. He holds a PhD in the Economy of Development and an MSc in Civil Engineering from Mines Paris - PSL, as well as an Executive Coaching certification.
