Operating out of Toronto and New York, he specializes in advising CEOs and senior leadership teams on improving interaction quality and accelerating execution speed. Henryk is known for applying "uncommon thinking" to traditional organizational problems to drive superior business results. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds in 2023, he was a Partner at Kilberry and served for a decade as the Co-owner and President of Anderson Leadership Group, a firm dedicated to management team effectiveness. He also held a senior leadership role as Vice President and National Leader of Consulting at Right Management. A recognized thought leader, he has served as a columnist for the Forbes Coaches Council. Henryk holds a PhD in Business Psychology from Western University and is a Certified Blue Ocean Strategist from INSEAD.
