Henrique Valente Carneiro is a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates in São Paulo, where he is a key member of the Consumer and Health Care Sectors. He began his professional career as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company. Henrique holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA). He also completed executive education in Corporate Governance at Harvard Business School.
