Professional background Hélène is a leading expert in debt finance, with over 20 years' experience spent in advising international and domestic arrangers, lenders, mezzanine lenders, debt funds and borrowers, for transactions involving asset finance (real estate and moveable assets), acquisition finance, corporate finance and restructuring. Hélène also has significant experience in the acquisition of performing or non-performing loan receivables. The industry sectors she specialises in cover financial institutions, real estate (development, offices, logistics, retail, hotels & leisure), environmental clean-up, IT, fintech and media. She has been involved in many major projects, including the recent financing of the construction of the Highlight building in Courbevoie.
