Harry Sirounis has 30 years of experience in providing audit and advisory services at KPMG and became a partner in 2018. Until March 2023, he was in the audit department of KPMG where he also served as the head from March 2019 to November 2021. He is currently responsible for the Deal Advisory Services Department and the Forensics Department. At the same time, he is the head of the Financial Services Department. He serves our Company's Professional Services Department in IFRS matters, mainly in IFRS 9. During his career, he has worked extensively in the banking sector and other financial services companies, shipping, energy companies, and large groups of listed and non-listed electric utility companies, specializing in External Audit, Internal Audit, Forensic Investigations, Sustainability Services, Greek GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP, IPOs & Offerings. He studied at the Athens University of Economics and Business and holds an MSc in Economics from Lancaster University in England. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece as well as a Member of the Accounting Standards Board (ASB) from 2018 to 2023.
