Harriet Wood is the European Practice Lead for the Technology and Digital Officers Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. Based in London, she is an Executive Director specializing in senior leadership searches for CIOs, CTOs, and experts in AI, Cyber Security, and Data & Analytics. She works extensively with private equity firms to appoint transformational leaders to their portfolio companies across various industries. Harriet’s career at Russell Reynolds began in 2013, with a brief tenure as the Manager of Executive Hiring at Vodafone UK before returning to the firm in 2016. Earlier in her career, she spent over four years at Odgers Berndtson, where she was recognized as the top global graduate and eventually became a Senior Researcher in the Technology Officers Practice. Harriet also serves as a member of the Corporate Advisory Group for The King’s Trust. She holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from Durham University.
