Harald Berge Kringlebotn is the Managing Director and Country Manager for Russell Reynolds Associates in Norway. He specializes in high-stakes leadership needs, including CEO successions, C-suite executive searches, and board assessments. Harald took on his current leadership role in 2016 following Russell Reynolds' acquisition of Amrop AS, the Norwegian firm he founded and grew into a top-three market player. During his 15-year tenure at Amrop AS, he personally placed more than 200 CEOs and Non-Executive Directors, expanding the firm's reach into Private Equity and family-owned sectors. His professional background also includes five years as a Senior Consultant at Delphi Consulting AS and a role at Capgemini Consulting. Harald began his career as an officer in the Royal Norwegian Navy, serving as an Aide-de-camp at the National Defence Headquarters and a platoon leader. He is a graduate of the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and has completed executive programs at both Harvard Business School and IMD.
