Hans Reus is a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he has spent nearly 25 years helping global and European organizations build high-performing leadership teams. He co-leads the firm’s global initiatives on sustainable leadership, advising clients on how to integrate the UN Sustainable Development Goals into their executive appointments and business strategies. Hans brings a rigorous consulting background to his practice, having served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he led complex post-merger integrations and organizational transformations. His early career in the technology sector includes strategic roles at KPN Telecom and Raychem (Tyco). Hans holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD. He is fluent in Dutch and English, with a strong working knowledge of German and French.
