Hanna Ruohonen is a Senior Consultant and licensed Psychologist at MPS Career Oy in Helsinki, where she has specialized in recruitment, assessment, and outplacement services since early 2020. With a career spanning over three decades, she brings extensive expertise in the psychological aspects of human resources and leadership. Prior to joining MPS, Hanna spent 15 years as an HR Partner at Oy AGA Ab, part of The Linde Group. Her earlier professional experience includes serving as a Psychologist at Siuntio Wellness & Conference Resort and working as a Consultant and Principal Consultant for PA Consulting Group and Cubiks Finland Oy for eight years. Hanna is also a trained Work Counselor for Managers and Superiors, having completed specialized studies at the JTO School of Management. She holds a Master of Social Sciences in Psychology from the University of Jyväskylä.
