Hala Merhi is Senior Partner at EMA Partners Saudi Arabia in Saudi Arabia, a role she has held since 2008, and co-founder and Senior Partner of Ejadah Management Consultancy, where she has helped build one of the Kingdom’s leading executive search and leadership advisory firms focused on C-suite recruitment, board advisory, leadership assessment, and organizational development across public and private sector clients in financial services, healthcare, real estate, aviation, energy, and consumer industries. She also serves as Board Member at Ezdaher Financing Company since 2022. Over her career she has placed more than 400 senior executives, including CEOs for national mega projects, and nominated 85 board members across multiple organizations supporting governance and succession planning. Earlier, she ran ActionCOACH Saudi Arabia from 2015 to 2018 as Certified Business Coach, and has been an Executive Coach certified in the John Mattone Intelligent Leadership methodology from 2018 to 2024.
