Gwendolyn Joseph is an External Organizational Support consultant at Gwen Joseph Consulting in Seabrook, Texas, where since 2012 she has provided leadership development, change management, and employee engagement services for post-secondary institutions and organizations undergoing transformation. She also served as Executive Coach and Mentor for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System from 2017 to 2018, supporting presidential leadership transition and executive decision-making. Prior to this she held multiple interim leadership roles, including Interim President and CEO of Elizabethtown Community and Technical College in 2016 and Interim President and CEO of Jefferson Community and Technical College in 2015, where she provided executive oversight for large-scale academic and administrative operations. From 2013 to 2015 she served as Interim Campus President of Pima Community College Downtown Campus, managing academic and financial operations for a large student population.
